Helicopter Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Well-Known California Shoreline
An aircraft hovering above a well-attended southern California beach unexpectedly started spinning wildly, eventually dropping height and plunging into a cluster of palm trees as beachgoers watched.
Footage uploaded on social media capture the aircraft beginning to twirl near Huntington Beach then plunging near the border of the coast, where it ends up lodged amidst palm groves and a set of stairs close to the coastal road.

Local firefighters said five people were transported to a medical facility involving two individuals who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the accident on Saturday.
Three individuals on the pavement were injured. Specifics on their wounds were not immediately available.
